Within your #OneTeam

You will join our Data Center team in Limburg an der Lahn as an Office Manager. In this role, you will support local operations and work closely with the Data Center Manager. The team consists of around 20 colleagues across IT, Facility Management, and Stock Management.


As true facilitator and liaison between headquarters and the various data centers, our Office Manager is responsible for administering the site, ensuring continuous service, and overseeing the implementation of internal policies.


Your main responsibilities

* Oversee site administration and budget management (PPE, office supplies, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the data center (purchasing, archiving, monitoring service contracts, invoice processing),
* Implementing group policies, onboarding new arrivals, organizing employee training, managing medical periodic examinations,
* Act as a local HR point of contact for employees on site, process payroll related topics, ensure data consistency and accuracy within HR system,
* Ensure compliance with HSE rules on site,
* Organization of local events to promote team cohesion; supporting of client / internal visits,
* Coordinate and maintain the interior and exterior data center areas to the required standards,
* Lead internal and external communication for the site in line with the group's communication strategy,
* Support the expansion of our Berlin sites by coordinating local activities and assisting with operational setup.


Your future impact

Within 6 months, you will have accomplished the following:

* Mastered internal organization and the OVHCloud ecosystem,
* Achieved a sufficient level of autonomy to handle priority issues at the data center.


Required skills

* Experience in site administration,
* Excellent oral and written communication skills,
* Fluency in German, along with professional proficiency in spoken and written English,
* Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented,
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks,
* Proficiency in office tools,
* Ability to coordinate and follow up on activities and contact.


The following are a plus

* Basic experience with SAP,
* Cross-functional project management.
