TalentCo are proud to be partnering with a high-growth global SaaS scale-up as they launch their new office in the DACH region. Having raised over $200m in funding to date (most recently Series C), they are now looking to build out a world-class sales team in the DACH region, based from their new office in Cologne.
Backed by top investors and with a track record of success across Europe and the US, the business is now entering an exciting new chapter in the region. They’re looking for a high-calibre sales leader to build and lead this new team and it's a perfect role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a defining role in regional growth.
As Head of Sales (DACH) you will:
* Launch and lead the commercial function in Germany, setting the foundation for long-term success
* Define and execute a scalable sales strategy, with full ownership of performance and growth
* Build, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team (SDRs and AEs) to meet ambitious targets
* Support on key deals and build relationships with strategic customers and partners
* Monitor pipeline health, optimise sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency
* Be the face of the company in the region, representing the brand at events and build a motivating culture for the sales team.
We’d love to hear from you if:
* You bring several years as a sales leader, with a strong track record of building and leading teams in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
* You’re both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator and comfortable leading from the front
* You’ve successfully entered or scaled in new markets, ideally in the DACH region
* You’re experienced in assessing and hiring world-class sales and business development talent
* You’re fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
