Job Description As a Criminal Law Specialist (m/f/diverse), you will play a key role in strengthening our global compliance framework, ensuring integrity, trust, and legal certainty across all business areas worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities: Criminal Law & Compliance Expertise Act as the central expert for all criminal law–related matters and advise the business on appropriate responses Continuously develop and improve the global Compliance Management System with a focus on criminal law Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance improvements Drive global compliance initiatives, including policies, training, communication, and integrity culture Support continuous compliance risk analysis and early detection mechanisms in close cooperation with relevant functions Build and maintain a strong global compliance network and collaborate closely with the Compliance Central Team Compliance Case Management Design and operate an effective, independent, and confidential compliance case management system Act as the key driver in assessing, prioritizing, and assigning incoming reports to the appropriate investigators Oversee ongoing investigations and evaluate outcomes and lessons learned Strengthen awareness and trust in the global whistleblowing system through training and communication Prepare case statistics, trend analyses, and management reporting Define and enforce appropriate measures in case of confirmed violations Functionally lead the Compliance Case Management team and coordinate key stakeholders worldwide
