Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Part-Time, Freelance contract)
We are currently expanding our Customer Support team and are looking for a Finnish-speaking professional to join us.
About the Role
As a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Specialist (email-based), you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and personalized responses to customer inquiries. You will support our users by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive overall experience - entirely via email communication.
What You’ll Do
* Respond to customer inquiries in Finnish via email
* Handle a variety of support topics with professionalism and efficiency
* Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions
* Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams when needed
What We’re Looking For
* Native or near-native fluency in Finnish (strong writing skills required, no translation tools)
* Good command of English for internal communication
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus
* Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using computers and standard office tools
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
