Key responsibilities / You will get to:
* You will lead AI projects, manage small teams, develop data and AI strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as the EU AI Act
* Stay updated on date and AI trends, recommend innovative solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to align data and AI initiatives with business objectives
* Ability to handle diverse and new topics in a fast paced consulting environment take ownership when required
* Develop and own new Service Offerings and Topics that would support our global clients
* Manage communications and project timelines
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
* Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
* University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology Degrees or similar degrees
* 5 to 10 years of experience in data and AI relevant topics in consulting
* Knowledge of AI, Agentic Tools, MCP and other Emerging Technology related topics
* Practical experience with implementing AI solutions and a solid understanding of real-world AI and data applications
* Ability to scale GenAI use cases, especially in insurance or adjacent industries, by assessing data maturity, feasibility, and business value
* Your experience in project management, change management, business transformation or initiative development and rollout
* Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
* An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
* Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
* You possess excellent English and German language skills, which you will utilize in preparing and delivering presentations and reports
* Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
* Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
