THE ROLE & THE TEAM This role is key to growing Tradebyte’s strategic impact and revenue by driving our partner ecosystem, launching new products, and evolving our Professional Services offering. As Director of Professional Services and Ecosystem, you’ll lead a team of experts and team leads, shaping a clear strategy that brings value-added services to market, builds strong partnerships, and increases client success. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and external partners to turn innovation into results, while fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and customer impact. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on Tradebyte’s growth and positioning in the market. This contract-based role has the potential to be extended into a full-time position. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Have a proven track record in designing and scaling partner ecosystems, including onboarding high-impact technology and service partners, executing co-selling/co-marketing strategies, and driving increased deal velocity, win rates, and revenue impact. Bring hands-on experience in launching and commercialising B2B SaaS or platform products, including defining GTM strategy, value propositions, and messaging, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to achieve adoption and revenue targets. Have successfully built and scaled Professional Services functions, including developing modular, scalable service offerings that enhance customer outcomes and increase company take rate, supported by clear financial metrics and operational efficiency. Possess strong leadership capabilities with experience directly managing multi-layered teams of domain experts and people managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on ownership, measurable outcomes, and strategic alignment. Operate as a strategic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle value, and recurring revenue metrics, capable of transforming customer insights and market signals into actionable commercial strategies. You bring inspirational leadership and have successfully built and scaled high-performing, cross-functional teams—empowering both leaders and domain experts through clear direction, mentorship, and a culture of ownership. You position yourself as a strong internal and external advocate, confidently communicating the value of ecosystem partnerships, emerging products, and professional services to executive stakeholders and the broader market. You have a deep understanding of the e-commerce and SaaS ecosystem, and you know how to turn market and partner insights into scalable, high-impact opportunities that drive long-term client success. You are highly results-driven, with a strong growth mindset and a consistent track record of achieving ambitious targets across partner engagement, product adoption, and services revenue—all while keeping the customer at the center.
