We are seeking an accomplished sales and marketing professional to lead our Entertainment Systems Team in the ProAudio division.
* Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for driving revenue growth and market share across territories.
* Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional results.
* Collaborate closely with key channel partners, integrators, and rental companies to drive business success.
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
* Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements to build strong relationships and promote the brand.

Requirements
