In this role, you will act like a sales representative - only without the need for business trips. You will be the link between our customers and the company, look after an established customer base and acquire new customers in a targeted manner. You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice on our products and services in the field of pressure reducers and safety valves.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Supporting an existing customer base
2. Establishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support in the field of valve technology
3. Regular telephone support and advice for technical and commercial contacts
4. Active offer tracking and project follow-up
5. Independent order negotiations
6. Project support
7. Preparing customer inquiries for processing and submitting quotations
8. Monitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figures
9. Development and maintenance of networks
Who You Are:
You build and maintain effective customer relationships. You learn quickly when confronted with new situations. You communicate messages clearly and precisely. This position is also suitable for career starters (m/f/d) with a relevant technical background.
For This Role, You Will Need:
10. Successfully completed commercial or technical training.
11. Interest in sales of technically complex industrial valves and/or process automation.
12. Very good written and spoken German (preferred) and good English skills, as we operate internationally.
13. Reliable, structured way of working as well as a high level of personal responsibility and independence.
14. Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
15. Experience working with ERP systems, especially CRM or Oracle Betsy.
16. Attention to detail and the ability to carefully maintain technical database entries.
