Tasks
As the Full Stack Developer at CONROO, you will contribute to building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software products. You will work across the entire stack — from designing intuitive front-end experiences to building performant back-end services and APIs.
* API & Data Foundations: Build and optimize APIs, services, and data models to support product features.
* Code Quality: Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
* User Interfaces: Develop responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
* Architecture & Strategy: Contribute to technical strategy and make informed architectural decisions.
* Problem Solving & Support: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver aligned solutions.
Requirements
Essential skills and experiences:
* Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with at least 2 years of professional experience
* Strong expertise in Java and Java-based backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus), with at least 3 years of professional experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with databases (SQL)
* Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g., Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ)
* Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and debugging practices
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus
