(Senior) IT Solution Architect & Process Consultant (m/f/d)

Tasks
* You are the link between our specialist departments and the IT landscape.
* You not only understand how a business process works, but also know how it can be optimally translated into our application world from a technical perspective.
* You actively shape the digital transformation by managing existing systems and designing future architectures.
* You analyze end-to-end business processes, identify optimization potential, and advise the specialist departments on the digitalization of their processes.
* You design future-proof IT solution architectures and ensure that new applications are seamlessly integrated into the existing IT infrastructure.
* You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of selected business applications (from selection and implementation to replacement).
* You will mediate between business stakeholders, external service providers, and internal software development.
* You play a key role in IT strategy and evaluate technological trends for their relevance to the company.
Requirements
* Successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification
* In-depth knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
* Several years of professional experience in IT consulting, application management, or system architecture; interest in real estate industry processes is desirable
* Good understanding of modern IT concepts (cloud infrastructures, SaaS, APIs/interfaces, and databases)
* Business fluent German and good English skills
* Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into simple, actionable concepts
* Ability to explain technical topics in a way that is understandable to colleagues who are not IT-savvy ("interpreter function")
* Ability to bring together different interests and find viable compromises
