You will be responsible for business development/accounts management of new and strategic accounts within the Laird product portfolio across three key sectors. What Youu2019ll Do: Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met. Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions regarding R&D and procurement activities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and proactively explore additional potential customers within HPC/AI, automotive electronics, medical wearables, and LED lighting. Solution Positioning: Position Laird's thermal and EMI solutions effectively for design-in applications and assist clients with BOM consolidation processes. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the EU semiconductor and LED market, to maintain a robust pipeline aligned with market growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including product management, field application engineers (FAEs), project management, and operations to create tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each client. Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback to develop strategies for improvement and customer retention. Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masteru2019s degree is preferred. Proven experience in account management or business development within technology sectors, with an emphasis on semiconductor or electronic components. Strong understanding of thermal and EMI solutions and their application in various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully managing key accounts. Self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as necessary. Business fluency in German and English.
