Customer Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Perform in-house repair, qualification and bring-up of V93k products
Diagnoses electrical & mechanical hardware/software and system failures, using established procedures
Repair down to component level according to IPC 7711/21 standards
Support of the Rework Center
Support of other departments - e.g. R&D for debug, prototype building, test application setup)
Familiarize and apply tools like FTS, DRIP and Windchill
Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Your Qualifications
Successfully finished apprenticeship as "Electronic engineer for equipment and systems" (Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme)
Knowledge in analog and digital circuit technology
Software (OS) knowledge e.g. Linux, Microsoft
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Applies basic electrical skills to complete repair tasks
Flexible and able to perform under stress
Communicative and creative
Team oriented
Structured and organized
Willingness for further training and continuous learning
