We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join a leading organisation in the Medical Device sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring global trade operations are compliant, efficient, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for export compliance and regulatory screening
* Assigning HTS classifications, ECCNs, FDA import codes, and country of origin data
* Coordinating import/export activities with logistics and customs brokers
* Auditing customs transactions and maintaining compliance documentation
* Supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes and reporting
* Acting as a subject matter expert in trade regulations including HTS, Origin, FTAs
* Delivering compliance training and conducting risk assessments
* Driving data analysis to support decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities
Further Details:
* 3-5 Years experience in Trade Compliance or Relevant Sector
* German Speaking
* 2-3 days on site in Leipzig
* 12 Month Contract
