Purpose and aim of the job
For our well-known customer we are looking for an experienced and communicative foreman (m/f/d) in order picking for the location Straelen.
Your work
* You are the contact person for the employees in the picking area
* You mediate between the customer and employees
* You are responsible for the qualitative processes in the respective department
* You carry out familiarization and training
* You are in close contact with the respective project manager
Your profile:
* You have a good command of written and spoken German.
* You also have oral knowledge of English, Romanian, Polish or Bulgarian.
* You have professional experience in order picking
* First management experience desirable
* You have team spirit, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
* Your way of working is solution-oriented
