To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg. Key responsibilities: Store Traffic Management Define and oversee country-wide traffic strategies, balancing quantity vs. quality across shop clusters. Provide guidance to Marketing and Sales teams on traffic prioritization to maximize business impact. Analyze traffic patterns and implement strategic improvements to align with company goals and resource availability. Diary Optimization Ensure strategic alignment of working hours between FOS and HCM across the country. Oversee scheduler management processes to maximize productivity, coverage, and operational efficiency. Lead initiatives to create additional diary capacity in collaboration with HR and Field teams. Own the double-booking framework and ensure clear prioritization and resolution of conflicts. Steering & Change Management Drive adoption of diary management and scheduling projects, ensuring agenda KPI targets are met. Lead change initiatives across teams to optimize processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Coach and steer the sales team to deliver on diary performance and efficiency objectives. Ensure consistent and effective communication routines, including structured daily touchpoints Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison for key national stakeholders, including: Country Marketing (traffic strategy and campaign alignment) Country Sales Team (agenda performance and operational execution) Country Retail Training Team (capability development and adoption) Country HR Team (workforce planning and diary capacity creation) What you’ll need: 5-6 years of experience in sales operations, field operations or commercial planning, ideally in retail, healthcare, or customer-focused environments. Proven leadership experience. Strong project management, strategic thinking, and change management skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities. Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to translate data insights into country-level actionable strategies.
