Work Environment & Contract
* Work Model: Mostly on-site in Augsburg (no full remote)
* Remote Days: Up to 1 day/week possible after onboarding
* Travel: ~30% (mostly day trips for client visits & events)
* Working Language: German (C1+), English (B2+)
* Start Date: ASAP
* Salary Range: €57,000 – €80,000 gross/year
* Bonus: Negotiable – profit sharing or performance-based possible
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new B2B clients and build long-term strategic partnerships
* Develop and execute sales strategies, explore new markets (incl. e-commerce)
* Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitches, negotiations, closings
* Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients
* Mentor junior team members and grow a scalable business development team
* Work closely with UX, strategy, tech, and design leadership
* Ensure clarity, structure, and continuous optimization of the sales pipeline
* Remain adaptable and evolve strategy in a dynamic market
Must-Have Qualifications
* 5+ years in digital sales, business development, or strategy
* Proven track record in winning strategic B2B projects
* Strong knowledge of digital business models or software products
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Fluent German (C1+)
* Leadership experience — mentoring and/or team management
* Hands-on, proactive, and resilient mindset
* Willingness for networking events outside office hours
Nice-to-Have
* Digital agency or SaaS background
* Technical affinity or developer background
* Familiarity with Atlassian, Figma, Adobe
* E-Commerce and digital trends knowledge
* Experience with public tenders or regulated industries
