Intro We’re offering an exciting part-time role (16 hours per week) as Founders Associate at our Berlin-based startup! You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder Frederik, an ex BCG consultant, on projects in operations, marketing, sales and strategy. This role is perfect for ambitious, startup-driven individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in parallel to their studies Zapdeck is a highly innovative AI tool for creating on-brand, consulting-level presentations. We’ve already secured pre-seed funding and are currently building partnerships with leading players in the industry. Tasks Product Quality: Ensure the quality of our product by regularly testing new features yourself and analyzing user feedback (e.g. through Typeform survey). Marketing & Communication: Manage our communication channels including our newsletter, LinkedIn page, and Notion blog. Podcast: Reach out to potential guests for our AI Workflows Podcast and help prepare topics and content for upcoming episodes. Go-to-Market: Contact potential customers via automated email campaigns or direct outreach on LinkedIn, and maintain relationships with existing leads. Requirements Professional Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, etc.). At least 1 year of work experience through internships or student positions – ideally in startups, consulting, or another high-performance environment. Structured work style and self-motivation, demonstrated through personal projects, leadership roles in student organizations, etc. Strong communication skills for creating high-quality content. Additional Requirements Based in the Berlin area. Fluent in German or English. Available to start soon, ideally within a few days.
