Key responsibilities include:
* Performing various administrative tasks: archiving, email management, mail and phone calls management, document and report creation
* Specific tasks depending on the department of assignment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
* Fluency in French and/or English
* Experience in an international/European organization would be an asset
This role also encompasses manual work such as handling shipments, receiving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, and ability to handle semi-bulky or bulky items. Additionally, fluency in French and/or English is required.
