Li Auto Germany R&D Center is part of our overall overseas strategy and focuses on advanced technology and engineering activities. By attracting top global talent and investing in R&D areas where Europe has regional superiority, such as power semiconductors, styling design and intelligent chassis, we aim to strengthen collaboration with the local automotive ecosystem and drive forward electric vehicle technologies together.
Key training program / Assignments
We are looking for a young talent with background in HR and admin area. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of automotive development by creating high quality HR and admin service to support our RD team’s creative vision.
* Support campus recruitment activities, including university partnerships, activity facilities and candidate engagement programs;
* Assist in organizing localization initiatives (e.g., German cultural workshops) to strengthen Li Auto’s community presence;
* Coordinate internal employee events (team-building sessions, leadership training) from planning to post-event reporting;
* Assist HR in daily operations, including organizational development, performance management, payroll coordination, training programs, and cultural initiatives;
* Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, exits) while ensuring compliance with EU labor regulations;
* Archive critical legal, HR, Finance and R&D documents with GDPR-compliant categorization;
* Develop a bilingual (CN/DE) knowledge repository for cross-regional team access.
Requirements
Education/Experience
* Enrolled Master student or above;
* Background: Human Resources, Business Administration, German/Intercultural Studies, or related fields;
* Willing to work in a multicultural working environment;
* Fluent in speaking and writing in English and German. Chinese is a plus;
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
