Background and objective of the thesis:
The aim of this scientific work is to design and plan an efficient, safe, and sustainable spatial concept for an autonomous processing center that processes powdered materials. Technical requirements for automation and process reliability as well as ergonomic, hygienic, and environmental aspects are to be taken into account.
Your tasks:
1. Analysis of technical and regulatory framework conditions for handling powdered substances in industrial processes
2. Investigation of safety, hygiene, and efficiency-related requirements for storage, handling, and processing
3. Development of an automatable, scalable, and flexible room concept for a processing center
4. Integration of occupational safety, ventilation, and disposal systems to minimize emissions
5. Validation of the concept through simulation-based scenarios and creation of a variant comparison
