YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: One of our core goals for 2026 is the complete digitalization of the European phone-to-taxi market. We are moving beyond ride-hailing to provide our fleet partners with advanced SaaS and operational capabilities. Architect the strategy: Design the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to capture the analog taxi market across 9 European countries. Bridge product & sales: Act as the primary feedback loop between the market and the product team, ensuring we build what the market needs. Drive expansion: Lead the rollout of our dispatching tools and other solutions, establishing trust with key fleet partners and hacking our way into new sectors. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: Strategic vision: deliver a strategy that captures huge new sectors and find ways to hack the market. Analytical approach: translate vague and complex industry problems into clear solutions. Persuade stakeholders and investors with data and cold logic. Stakeholder alignment: use flexible communication styles to align sales, operations and tech teams, as well as a wide range of diverse partners across Europe. Sales acumen: put your strategy and product to the front lines—test and polish your pitch, help guide the sales team to deliver your vision far and wide. Experience: 5+ years in business development, strategy, product or project management. Backgrounds in top-tier consulting, B2B SaaS, or dual-sided marketplaces are highly preferred. Languages: Fluent English is required. German is a strong plus.
