Job Title: Regional Growth Specialist
The Regional Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Western European territory. This role involves developing and executing strategies to increase sales prospects, establish new customers, and expand existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with current customers to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capture them.
* Establish relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer sites to position our products as a solution to their needs.
* Develop and execute trade show and presentation strategies to showcase our products and services.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements include proficient English and French language skills, previous experience in a similar role, strong organization and negotiation skills, excellent presentation and communication skills, a hands-on mentality, willingness to travel extensively, and technical understanding.
