At Perrigo in Herrenberg, we're looking for a dynamic professional to evaluate, design, and implement robust, lean manufacturing processes that power our success. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing strategic initiatives and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer projects using proven local and global methodologies.
Evaluate, design, and ensure robust, functional, and lean manufacturing processes.
Independently manage smaller or sub-projects.
Initiate and lead improvement or development projects in collaboration with R&D or bulk manufacturing teams.
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a comparable field, with at least 2 years of experience in developing liquid manufacturing processes.
Business & Project Skills : Solid understanding of business administration and proven project management capabilities.
Hands-on experience with lab-scale setups, scale-up processes, trials, and validation runs.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
Digital Skills : Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus.
experience in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous.
