Aufgaben: Take ownership of challenging and diverse strategic IT topics while actively supporting day-to-day business operations Support the team across a wide range of subjects and ad-hoc requests Prepare and design high-quality presentations for senior management and global meetings Create, edit, review, and quality-assure documents such as communication concepts, business cases, and project or process documentation Support project management activities, including meeting coordination, milestone tracking, and event alignment Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Allianz AI Chat, Claude) in daily work and contribute to the evaluation of new AI use cases Support AI-related topics by preparing materials for steering committees and governance discussions Track progress of AI initiatives and document insights and outcomes for the team Research relevant AI tools and trends for IT strategy and proactively share key findings with stakeholders Qualifikation: You want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment? Enrolled student in Business IT / Information Systems, Management, Economics, or Computer Science (Master level preferred) with strong academic performance Confident user of M365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; Power BI skills are a plus Strong analytical mindset with proactive, solution-oriented and creative thinking Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are a plus High level of reliability, organization, and ability to deliver high-quality results under time pressure Enthusiasm for technology with a strong interest in IT strategy, transformation, and management topics Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups across different cultures Motivation to work in an international and diverse environment Basic knowledge of IT frameworks and standards (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, SAFe) and related tools is a plus Prior experience in project management, (IT) consulting, or architecture roles (enterprise, solution, or technical) is an advantage Enrollment at a university is required for working student roles (or gap year for internships) Valid work and residence permit required for non-EU citizens (to be checked prior to application) You are enrolled at a university during the contract period Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
