Lean & Continuous Improvement Manager
* €80, 000 - €100, 000 base salary + 15% bonus
* 3 days on-site / 2 days home office

I'm partnered with a global market leading manufacturing company that is searching for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their function based in Dusseldorf. The ideal candidate should have over 5+ years of experience within lean management & continuous improvement within an industrial environment and have proven experience in leading, influencing, training and progressing a site.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with site and functional leadership to support the development and execution of a 3-year strategic vision and policy deployment initiatives.
* Partner with site leadership to engage cross-functional leaders in creating a 1–3 year Continuous Improvement roadmap focused on core performance metrics: Safety & Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth
* Drive progress toward SQDCG and financial targets by applying business system tools and methodologies. Align site operations with business objectives by helping define future operational and growth goals and implementing strategies to achieve them.
* Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with business, site, and functional leaders to evaluate existing processes, identify performance gaps, and uncover improvement opportunities.
* Lead end-to-end process improvements across the value stream to enhance SQDCG outcomes using lean methodologies. Key focus areas include: Lean Conversions, visual factory, single-piece flow, replenishment systems, yield improvement, and value stream mapping.
* Oversee a structured review process for selecting and prioritizing continuous improvement initiatives
* Serve as a recognized leader in diagnosing and solving complex operational challenges using a structured, data-driven, and team-oriented approach.
* Deliver training and development in core continuous improvement areas
* Lead the rollout and adoption of Lean tools and principles, including value stream mapping, pull systems etc.
Experience Required:
* Bachelors degree within a technical discipline
* Masters Black Belt in Lean/ Six Sigma or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience within lead management & continuous improvement
* Experience using multiple tools simultaneously
* The ability to identify problem areas and provide suitable solutions
* Ability too to produce kaizen events that result in improvements
* Fluent English & German language
