Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based 40min away from Düsseldorf for the Head of Manufacturing. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, manage manufacturing teams, and maintain quality control standards. They will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, optimizing production processes, and meeting production targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to align manufacturing with overall company goals, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, and quality control
* Proficiency in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
* At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
* Experience in an international business environment is a plus
* Fluency in German and English (nice to have)
