Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role is responsible for maximizing the BOH operational efficiency of Market Europe Retail by ensuring that all adidas Group policies and Europe Retail Operations standards are implemented as well as enhanced when opportunity arises. The role will focus on marginal gains and ensuring efficient processes are in place to maximize business performance across our own retail fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the foundations for BOH operational excellence in own stores.
• Responsible for the implementation of operational processes and tools for stores including, but not limited to inventory management, receiving excellence, stockroom standards, and store opening processes.
• Support RFID Process planning for implementation in the future.
• Measure and monitor business process performance and conduct analysis to improve profitability.
• Create best practices address local challenges to enhance process improvements.
• Support the implementation of operational programs related to BOH operations
• Champion the goals of operational programs and services.
• Facilitate training and coaching for individual reports and goal setting for the team.
• Serve as a conduit between EU Operational team and stores
• Establish consistent communication avenues for programs to support understanding and adoption.
• Identify and develop a balanced set of performance measurements based on strategic goals to measure continued adoption of processes and programs.
• Seek new opportunities for innovation with current processes
• Communicate regularly with store teams to identify challenges, successes, and future opportunities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field and minimum of 2 years' directly relevant work experience
• 1-3 years' retail store operations experience required
• Retail Store management experience is preferred
• Experience with Store Workload Planning is preferred
