Position Summary : We are seeking a visionary Global Head of Sales / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive our commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth and strengthen our global market position. Reporting directly to the CEO this executive will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy.
1. Strategic Leadership :
1. Develop and implement a global sales model aligned with Damovo's global strategic plan.
2. Identify and pursue growth opportunities across new markets and segments.
3. Drive innovation in sales processes, methodologies and tools to enhance effectiveness.
2. Data-Driven Decision Making :
1. Leverage data analytics and market insights to refine sales strategies, measure performance and optimize resource allocation.
2. Design and curate Salesforce as a central source of customer information and analytic data.
3. Revenue Generation :
1. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning.
2. Optimize sales pipelines and forecasting accuracy.
3. Lead the expansion of key accounts and strategic partnerships.
4. Work closely with RevOps and marketing functions to optimize top of funnel creation and conversion.
4. Team Development :
1. Build, mentor and lead a high-performing global sales team of over 120 professionals.
2. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
3. Develop talent and succession plans to ensure long-term organizational growth.
4. Collaborate with regional sales leadership to create a high-performance culture to enable EMEA sales acceleration.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, practice leads and customer success to align partner strategies with overall business goals.

1. Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional client experiences.
2. Cultivate relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.
6. Market Insight :
1. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities across the market.
2. Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to the executive team.
Required Experience :
1. 15 years sales experience with a proven track record of success in a senior sales or commercial leadership role within the technology or telecommunications sector.
2. Extensive experience in managing and scaling global sales teams across multiple regions.
3. Demonstrated expertise with B2B sales methodologies such as solution/consultative selling as well as practical application of industry best practices (e.g. MEDDIC framework).
4. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in complex B2B environments.
5. Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
7. Experience with digital transformation, cloud solutions and managed services is highly desirable.
8. Experience with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
9. Strong sales management and partner operations expertise with a proven history of meeting strategic goals.
10. Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, create strategic plans and deliver successful sales results.
11. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Strong communication skills in German and English.
13. MBA or advanced degree in business management or a related field preferred.
