In our Digital Workplace Solutions Team, you can actively shape the further development of our M365 and SharePoint environment – including the strategic & operative use of Microsoft 365 Copilot to unlock productivity and knowledge at scale. Acting as both a technical and conceptual interface, you connect IT, Information Management, and our business departments creating real added value for the entire organization.
Develop & Optimize : You drive the continuous improvement of our M365 and SharePoint environments, with a focus on cloud governance, archiving, storage & retention, labeling, and data quality – in an AI-based work environment.
Design Policies & Frameworks: You develop, implement, and maintain concepts for archiving, retention, data classification, information protection, and permission management.
Keep Systems in View: You monitor system changes, track Microsoft updates, assess their impact, and derive clear recommendations for action to ensure platform integrity.
Advise & Inspire: You advise internal customers on governance and compliance topics related to SharePoint Online and make complex topics easy to understand.
Coordinate & Deliver Projects: You manage external service providers and actively contribute to cross-functional projects.
Several years of experience in the administration, governance, and further development of M365 and SharePoint Online environments
Strong Experience in designing and implementing lifecycle Management, archiving, retention, compliance, and permission concepts, ideally using the AvePoint Confidence Platform
Expertise in Microsoft Purview / Compliance Center (Information Governance, Data, eDiscovery, Sensitivity Labels, Audit Logs)
Foundational hands-on experience using AI in the context of Knowledge Management and Information Lifecycle / Information Governance
Very good German (B1) and English skills (C-level), enabling you to work confidently in an international environment
