We are seeking a strategic financial leader to join us as the Head of FP&A, Denmark, at Swedoor/JELD-WEN Denmark. This role offers the opportunity to set direction and drive transformation within our Danish operations.
Your role:
As Head of FP&A, Denmark, you will be pivotal in driving transformation and financial excellence. You will support our commercial and operational initiatives and serve as a key finance business partner to the country leadership team. This hybrid role is based in Sønder Felding and offers a competitive salary, benefits, pension, private healthcare, onsite canteen, and development opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
* Prepare and present performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure compliance with financial standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Collaborate with the Head of Accounting to ensure accurate financial practices.
