Key Responsibilities:
* Review and maintenance of Pathology related SOPs, INS, and forms
* Organization of training activities for pathologists, including competency assessments
* General office organization and filing
* Review and organization of inter-pathology concordance
* Preparation and organization of Pathology meetings
* Proficiency testing program organization
Pathologist Management:
* Organization of weekly duty rosters and long-term tasks for pathologists
* Communication and coordination with various departments
* Support in planning and supervision of pathologists' resources
* Sample flow and distribution organization to pathologists
* Consultancy contract maintenance and liaison with the legal department
* Data collection assistance
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a foreign language correspondence clerk, commercial clerk, or management assistant
* On-site work required
* Experience with pathology resource planning is beneficial
* Excellent English communication skills
* Knowledge of databases and software tools, including LIMS and VEMAS
* Teamwork skills
