Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.
* 10+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
* 5+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems.
* 12+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
* Comprehensive knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership.
* Proven ability in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of Software Engineers.
* BS or MS degree in a STEM-related field.
* Expertise in common attack scenarios within cloud computing environments and using a security framework like MITRE ATT&CK.
