What You'll Do

* Support the COO in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination
* Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep key initiatives on track
* Drive operational projects and ensure structured execution across teams
* Coordinate communication between leadership, product, sales, and implementation
* Help optimize internal processes to make the company faster and more scalable
* Bring clarity and structure to complex topics in a fast-paced startup environment
