Your challenge in detail
1. You will support the coordination and execution of global HR projects, contributing to their successful rollout
2. You will gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights and create presentations for various stakeholders
3. You will assist in change management initiatives and work closely with HR teams across countries to drive project implementation and alignment
4. You will support accurate system data management and testing to ensure seamless HR processes
Your competence is in demand
5. Current full-time studies in Business, Engineering, Psychology or a related field
6. Fluent English language skills, written and spoken; good German skills are a plus
7. Proficiency in MS 356 (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
8. Ability and enthusiasm to quickly learn and adapt to new topics
9. Collaborative mindset and interest in working with different cultures
10. First experience in HR is a plus
