Job Description:
As a seasoned OpenShift specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Red Hat OpenShift clusters. This entails managing worker and control nodes, namespaces, projects, and resource quotas.
* Maintain, operate, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters
* Manage worker and control nodes, namespaces, projects, and resource quotas
* Apply patches, upgrades, and security fixes to OpenShift and its components
* Implement monitoring, alerting, and capacity management of container platforms
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Ansible, ArgoCD)
* Automate operational processes using Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting
* Implement and maintain security policies, RBAC, and compliance baselines
* Support vulnerability assessments, container image scanning, and secrets management
* Contribute to documentation required for audits, DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan)
* Act as Level 3 escalation point for hosting-related incidents and changes
* Cooperate with middleware, network, and storage teams during troubleshooting
* Participate in on-call rotations for production support
* Propose enhancements to increase reliability, scalability, and automation
Your Profile:
This is an exciting opportunity for experts who are proficient in Kubernetes architecture, possess extensive experience with Linux administration (RHEL or CentOS), and have knowledge of containerization, pod networking, operators, and storage classes.

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
* Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, certificates (SSL/TLS)
* Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
* Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Ansible)
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
* Rigorous documentation and process-oriented work
* Good communication in English (French is an asset)

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, along with certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, is considered advantageous for this position.
