J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. With operations across Asia and rapid expansion in Europe, we are currently building our German organization and hiring key team members to support our growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and corporate roles in Germany
* Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
* Conduct structured first interviews and ensure an efficient, professional candidate experience
* Partner closely with hiring managers (local and international) to define hiring needs and profiles
* Coordinate and guide interview processes, ensuring alignment and speed
* Support contract preparation and offer management
* Act as a key interface between German and Chinese stakeholders (translation, alignment, communication)
* Ensure compliance with German labor regulations (e.g. AGG)
* Continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring quality
Your Profile
* Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* First experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR (in-house or agency)
* Fluent in English and German, Mandarin is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
* Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or a fast-paced international environment is a plus
* Structured, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling organization
* Confident stakeholder management across different cultures
