You will empower our CEO Julian by driving strategic growth and expansion initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling alignment across the organisation. As a Founders Associate, you’ll act as Julian’s right hand — combining analytical depth with hands-on execution.
This role offers high exposure to strategic decision-making and ownership of projects that directly impact the future of Plancraft. Support our Expansion Team regarding internationalisation and market entry initiatives, from market research to operational roll-out, ensuring successful scaling across Europe.
Maintain dashboards, track company performance, and prepare updates for internal leadership and external investors.
Support investor relations: Provide insights on markets, competitors, and opportunities to guide CEO and leadership decisions.
Experience in a VC or VC-backed startup.
Fluency in English and German (C1/C2).
Exposure to international expansion or market entry projects.
Practical connection to contractors/tradespeople (internships, projects, personal background).
