Role Overview:
Are you a strategic financial leader ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team at JELD-WEN Swedoor as our Head of FP&A, Denmark. You will play a key role in driving transformation and financial excellence within our Denmark operations, serving as a vital Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with business strategies.
* Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
* Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
* Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure thorough and accurate accounting practices backed by financial analysis.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a multicultural, manufacturing environment.
* Strong financial acumen and effective communication skills.
* Proven leadership and relationship management skills, with experience mentoring teams and influencing stakeholders.
* Continuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.
* A proactive 'can-do' attitude and understanding of business drivers, with a natural ability to create partnerships and networks in addition to leading and developing the local FP&A team.
