* studies focused on marketing or economics
* applicants are expected to have interest in CRM
* open to new tasks, fast training in new tasks
* ability to work independently, structured and exact
* familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* English knowledge must be at an excellent level
* speaking other languages is an advantage
