Title: Senior Project Planner – Data Centre Projects
Location: Berlin, Germany
Type: Contract (6–12 months+)
Overview:
We are supporting multiple data centre projects in Berlin and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner with strong experience in large-scale construction environments.
These projects are within high-value, complex builds, requiring strong coordination across multiple disciplines and contractors.
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate planning activities across construction, MEP and commissioning teams
• Track project progress and maintain critical path analysis
• Produce lookahead schedules, reports and forecasts
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies across the programme
• Interface with contractors, package managers and project stakeholders
• Support delivery across full project lifecycle (design through to commissioning)
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Planner on data centre projects
• Strong experience in construction planning within complex environments
• Advanced user of Primavera P6
• Experience working across multi-package / multi-contractor programmes
• Exposure to hyperscale or large campus-style data centres preferred
• Fluent German and English required
Project Details:
• Location: Berlin (on-site required)
• Contract: 6–12 months initial, with strong extension potential
• Start: ASAP / flexible depending on availability
