As part of our global infrastructure business, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to expand our presence in the European data center sector.
Mitsubishi Electric is one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic products and system solutions. Our operations across Europe focus on distributing software and service-based offerings, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with existing accounts and key stakeholders in the data center sector.
* Promote and sell UPS systems tailored to meet client operational needs and growth plans.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring optimal configuration and deployment of UPS systems.
* Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
* Deliver monthly sales reports to management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions are highly valued.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven approach, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent English language proficiency and willingness to travel within Europe and globally.
