Compliance Manager
Location: Frankfurt / Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of compliance and governance activities across an international business environment. This role offers broad exposure to compliance strategy, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of compliance frameworks, policies and governance processes.
* Promote a strong compliance culture and support awareness initiatives across the organisation.
* Conduct compliance risk assessments and support mitigation activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compliance requirements.
* Develop and monitor compliance-related metrics, reporting and performance indicators.
* Deliver training and guidance on compliance and regulatory topics.
* Support continuous improvement of compliance processes, controls and governance structures.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Law, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
* Several years of experience within compliance, audit, risk management or a related governance function.
* Strong understanding of compliance management systems and regulatory requirements.
* Experience with risk assessments, policy development and governance frameworks.
* Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
