Thai Union Germany is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to join our team at our production site in Sassnitz, Germany. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day people matters while actively shaping a positive, compliant, and performance-driven working environment.
You enjoy working closely with the business in a production environment, value partnership with employee representatives, and stay close to the shop floor. Reporting to the Senior HR Director, Thai Union Germany, you will play a key role in translating HR strategy into practical, site-level impact.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related topics at the site
* Maintain a strong on-site presence in production, enabling early identification and proactive management of personnel issues
* Ensure constructive and trust-based cooperation with the works council, including preparation and participation in relevant discussions
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, selection decisions, and onboarding
* Ensure structured, digitized, and compliance-compliant HR processes in line with internal standards and legal requirements
* Contribute to and support global and regional HR projects, including areas such as succession planning, employer attractiveness, and employee engagement surveys
* Advise and coach managers on people management, employee relations, and organizational topics
