Your Mission
* Leadership & Team Management
* Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams
* Structured task allocation, prioritisation and progress tracking
* Coaching and supporting team leads in resource planning
* Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects
* Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)
* Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO
* Implementation and optimisation of intra‑team and cross‑team processes
* Further development of standards for documentation, control and knowledge transfer
* Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines
* Development of strategies for engineering, simulation and testing
* Creation of concepts for upgrades and optimisation of test benches
* Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation results
Your Profile
* Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) in a senior role within technically demanding, performance‑driven industries (e.g., aerospace, energy, automotive)
* Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning, and a proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch
* In‑depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics and energy conversion, and confident handling of measurement, simulation and testing systems
* Ability to lead, motivate and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident interaction with the CTO
* Strategic, structured and solution‑oriented working style combined with a high sense of responsibility
* Passion for sustainable energy, technological innovation and the advancement of disruptive technologies
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
