Associate Director Consulting at Gartner. This role focuses on high-level project delivery, client relationship management, and guiding teams to advise clients on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.
What you will do
* Lead high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management.
* Manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on big-picture and tactical matters.
* Focus on how technology enables business outcomes across diverse sectors.
What you will need
* Experience in shaping Digital Transformation Programs, preferably for or in public sector organizations.
* Experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst.
* Experience in management consultancy.
* Experience in shaping target architectures.
* Experience in assessing projects for delivery issues and performing value assurance for large programs.
* Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds toward a common goal.
* Commitment to the success of your team and willingness to provide constructive actions when needed.
* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address client challenges.
* Hands-on ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
* Bachelor’s degree; Master/MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
* Comfortable influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives internally and externally.
* Coachable and open to best practices and feedback for continuous improvement.
* Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English.
* Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets preferred.
