Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d)
Contract: Until the end of the year (extension possibility)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, ensuring a smooth experience for hiring managers and candidates.
* Conduct strategy meetings, post job ads, screen candidates, lead interviews, and handle hiring documentation.
* Prepare contracts and coordinate with the works council.
* Analyze recruitment trends and manage external vendors.
* Source candidates through various channels and explore new platforms.
* Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
* Assist with onboarding events, career fairs, and school outreach.
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, ideally with HR/Marketing focus.
* 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in executive search or in-house TA.
* Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Confident in sourcing passive candidates and up to date with hiring trends.
