Every day, we produce our pasta in-house, from scratch.
As part of our kitchen team in Edmondo, you’ll work hands-on with traditional techniques, ensuring quality, consistency and authenticity in every plate.
🚀 Your role & impact
As our Fresh Pasta Cook, you are responsible for one of the most essential elements of our kitchen:
* Prepare fresh pasta daily ( Tagliatelle, pasta ripiena, etc. )
* Handle dough preparation, rolling and shaping
* Follow precise recipes and production standards
* Support the kitchen with Mise en place and prep tasks
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization
* Work closely with the kitchen team during service

💡 What we’re looking for
* Experience in kitchen prep or fresh pasta production
* Passion for Italian cuisine and craftsmanship
* Good manual skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced kitchen
* Team player with a reliable mindset
👉 German or English required; Italian is a plus
