YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You act as the central point of contact for our corporate countries within the international damage department
* You use data-driven analyses to identify root causes, drive operational performance, and uncover development opportunities
* You monitor and manage KPI performance across assigned markets, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up
* You coordinate strategic and operational initiatives, from requirement definition to rollout and automation (e.g., RPA)
* You collaborate closely with IT, controlling, and cross-functional task forces to optimize workflows and resolve support requests
* You drive continuous process improvement and knowledge transfer across the international damage network
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* Education & Experience You hold a degree in business, process management, business informatics, analytics, or a comparable field and bring proven experience in operations, business analysis, or project management – ideally within mobility or car rental
* Data Skills You combine strong analytical and conceptual thinking with data affinity and hands-on expertise in SQL, advanced Excel, and dashboarding (Amazon QuickSight or similar)
* Mindset You work independently, in a structured way, and enjoy managing complex topics across countries
* Digital Savvy You have a digital mindset and are familiar with process improvement tools or methods (e.g., process mining, RPA, Jira, Confluence)
* Communication You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus
* Motivation You thrive in an international environment and are eager to drive process improvements and business impact
