You'll be out and about on site, getting to know our team and users and being right in the middle of the action.
Your Tasks
* You analyze the existing processes in IT Service Desk and Onsite Support.
* You compare our processes with current IT standards and best practices.
* You develop suggestions for optimization together with the team and contribute fresh ideas.
* You support the team in day-to-day business and are the point of contact for our users.
* You document your findings and help to implement new solutions.
* You take on small and sub-projects independently and bring them to completion on your own.
Necessary Skills
* Ongoing studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable
* Interest in IT service, support and process optimization
* Presence work at the Berlin location
* Strong communication and expression skills
* Good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
Desired Skills
* Initial experience in IT support or with IT processes
* Openness and interest in approaching people
* Structured and independent way of working and an eye for detail
