WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be part of the Munich based people team for continental Europe and work on operational human resources tasks which enable you to gain comprehensive insights into all areas of the HR department.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
·Maintenance of personnel files, supported by our HR software workday
·Preparation of references and employment certificates
·Maintenance of share point information site, handbook, organizational charts
·Support with application management and recruiting
·General administrative and organizational tasks
·Support the PGIM people team in local and international HR projects
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
·Excellent English and German working proficiency
·High level of proficiency with MS Office
·Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
·Trustworthy and career ambitious in Human Resources
·Strong organizational and communication skills
